FLAT-TOP TLS 800 50T
The TLS 800 model will see the light of day for the first time in October of this year 2024, and will be an important milestone in the history of Grúas SÁEZ, as it will be the largest tower crane we have made to date, and the beginning of our journey into “large capacity” tower cranes.
The crane will be made in three versions, 20T, 25T and 50T respectively, which will be equipped with 55 kW, 80 kW and 110 kW hoisting mechanisms that have already been tested on construction sites around the world, and have proven to be super reliable, efficient and durable.
The TLS 800 model has been designed to be easily transportable and to be assembled quickly and easily, and will come standard ready for cold weather work. The premium cab will be equipped with an additional heating system, and the control room will have a climate control system that will be activated automatically when necessary. The crane operator’s display will be a control computer with a 15” screen that will be connected to the Sáez Direct Service (SDS) system, and the crane operator will always be able to monitor indicators such as the oil temperature in the gearboxes or the temperature in the engine room, receiving notifications if the temperature drops or rises above the ideal working range.
As for the tower sections, customers will be able to choose between 2.30 m wide monoblock sections or 3.30 m wide panelized sections, offering a great deal of versatility, and self-stabilizing heights up to 92.60 m with maximum boom height.
Focusing on the 20T version in particular, the TLS 800 20T will be capable of lifting 8.700kg at 86 m radius, and 20 tons at a maximum radius of 38,4m from the center of the tower.
