The SLH 300 R, our latest development in luffing-jib cranes, stands as a pioneering example in its class, with exceptional features. Designed as the natural evolution of the successful SLH 205 and SLH 300, this new version features significant innovations to meet even greater construction challenges.
With a maximum load capacity of 16 tonnes and a load-chart optimised for I-II FALLS, the SLH 300 R is a powerhouse in terms of performance. Its modular S23 tower-mounting ensures a solid structure and the possibility of adapting to various configurations.
The extended jib up to 60 metres provides exceptional versatility, with jib trimming and easy dismantling options. With a small out-of-service radius, adjustable to 10 metres and as minimal as 6 metres on request, this crane offers flexibility in a variety of working environments.
Equipped with a powerful hoist mechanism, this 110 kW (150HP) I-II Falls variant is capable of hoisting 16 tonnes in II-Falls with a maximum speed of 280m/min. Precise slewing with electronic variable-torque braking ensures optimum control during operations.
The premium cab, with a 15-inch display and ease of use, provides a comfortable environment for operators. In addition, it offers the option of UL/CSA Certified installation (optional), meeting the highest safety standards.
Remote connection and diagnostics provide efficient equipment management, while the weather-protected hydraulic power pack ensures reliable performance in all conditions.
The high quality hydraulic cylinder features a piston-rod treated with Nickel-Chromium triple-layer corrosion protection, reinforced seals that are removable and replaceable without disassembling the cylinder, and valves for air venting and oil leaks. Impact protection on the main valve and circuit adds an additional layer of strength.
For easy dismantling and maintenance of the lifting equipment, the SLH 300 R offers the option of incorporating a secondary-hoist (optional), providing a comprehensive solution for the most demanding needs in the luffing crane sector.
