This first in a series of videos aims to show our customers around the world some of the most significant details of the assembly of the latest edition of the Sáez H32 self-erecting crane.

Sáez Cranes’ customers are spread over the 5 continents, in more than 30 countries. Therefore, we have set-out to reach all of them, by means of this series of videos in which the assembly process of our different crane models can be observed in detail. Our goal is to remove any doubts about how certain assembly operations should be carried out.

The main purpose of these videos is to help customers from all over the world to resolve any uncertainty, as well as to gain in safety and efficiency when assembling our machinery. This type of video is also a new Saez initiative designed to clearly demonstrate the characteristics of our different models.

The first of these videos is essentially an ‘audiovisual manual’ in which you can clearly see how to assemble ‘step by step’ our star self-erector: the Sáez H32.

Sáez Cranes, ever closer

In this video you can see simple and common assembly-scenarios, such as the connection to the undercarriage, how to connect the crane to the power supply, how to put the crane in erection or work mode, or how to limit the crane.

In the video you can clearly see the main features of this updated H32, including:

  • That the crane has had extra height added, between 1.3 and 1.6 metres, depending on the type of support-base chosen.
  • The stainless-steel cabinets have been replaced by fibreglass cabinets with a modern, more aesthetic design and higher IP54 insulation rating.
  • The old frequency inverters have been replaced by the latest generation of Yaskawa drives, and offer excellent performance.
  • The incorporation of an online-connection module.
  • The new remote-control with display, which allows the operator to have total control of the crane’s parameters.
  • The crane can now be ordered with a Zoning system.
