Sanpellegrino, the iconic Italian beverage brand, is in the process of building new facilities, and a Sáez TLS 75B 18T is in charge of the heavy lifting.

As of 2022, Sanpellegrino, the century-old Italian sparkling water and soft drinks producer, has been remodelling its facilities, with a view to actively contributing to the economic, environmental and social enhancement of Val Brembana, the valley in the Western Alps from which Sanpellegrino flows.

The renovation work, designed by Danish architect Bjarke Ingles, head of the BIG (Bjarke Ingles Group) architectural studio, aims to build an iconic production plant for the brand, harmoniously integrated into the landscape, without neglecting environmental sustainability concerns.

After the demolition of the old facilities, the “Flagship Factory” is now being built, intended to be an exhibition and museum space, thematically dedicated to water, which aims to become an important facet of the tourist scene in the area.
